No booking confirmation with china southern airlines – help needed please

Hi All,

I booked a flight about 1 week ago from Bangkok to Australia via Guangzhou with china southern airlines. I downloaded a booking itinerary when I paid however when I try to find the booking on their website I am having no luck. I also havent been emailed a confirmation of my booking. I have tried calling their customer service but havent been able to get through to that either. Does anyone have any advice/ had similar issues in the past?

FLIGHT DETAILS:

FLIGHT 1: Date – 11th Nov 2024, flight no CZ8100, time 1355 – 1745. Bangkok International Airport – Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

FLIGHT 2: 11 Nov 2024, flight no CZ381, time 2055 – 08:15 (+1d). Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport – Brisbane International Airport

Booked via website directly, purchased as single ticket for both flights.
